I used jars instead of mugs, and I coated the rim in Nutella and then rolled them in crushed biscuits. Then to top it off, I added a toasted marshmallow! And there you go, your hot chocolate has now been upgraded to a s'mores hot chocolate!
As for what biscuits (cookies for my American friends) to use, any plain sweet biscuit will do. I used arrowroot biscuits. If I could get my hands on graham crackers, I would of course use them. Whenever hubby and I are in the US we take advantage and eat them by the boxful while we're road tripping. Yummmmm!
So there you go, this recipe really couldn't be any easier. The only downside is that I'll never be able to suffer through one of those hot chocolates that you just add boiling water to, ever again! I'm ruined for life ;)
